In the program, I prescribe and manage FDA-approved weight loss medications. Currently only seeing patients online via telemedicine. I counsel on diet by mostly recommending a lower carbohydrate plan in combination with optimal protein and only healthy food choices. I also address other contributing factors to obesity such as physical activity, stress management, adequate sleep, co-morbid illnesses and ensure my patient is not in a weight promoting metabolic state and lifestyle. There is a great deal of work and support in the program and clinically we are seeing some very impressive results.
